Account Registration

Betting & Gameplay Rules

  • Placing Bets: Bets are accepted only when confirmed by our servers. Min/max stakes and game rules are shown within each game or cashier. A confirmed bet cannot be modified. If a game round is interrupted, the outcome will be resolved by the game provider/system logs; incomplete rounds may resume upon reconnection where supported.

Bonus Terms

General Bonus Conditions

  • Activation: Bonuses require opt-in or a qualifying deposit/promo code, as stated in the specific offer.
  • Wagering: Unless stated otherwise, the default wagering requirement is 35x the bonus amount (free spins winnings credited as bonus funds) to be completed within 7 days of grant.
  • Stake Limits & Game Weighting: While wagering, the maximum permitted bet is CAD 5 per spin/hand or 10% of the bonus amount (whichever is lower). Typical weighting: slots 100% (except excluded titles), table games/video poker 10%, live casino 10%, jackpots 0%. The promotion page lists exceptions.
  • Bonus Abuse: Prohibited actions include low-risk betting strategies, hedge betting, equal/zero-risk bets, delaying bonus rounds, or accumulating value with Real Funds then switching to Bonus Funds to release wins.
  • Combining Promotions: Promotions cannot be combined unless expressly permitted. Bonus funds are non-withdrawable; only converted Real Funds after meeting requirements can be withdrawn.
  • Cancellation/Expiry: If wagering is not completed within the timeframe, bonus funds and associated winnings may be removed. You can cancel a bonus before wagering is complete; associated bonus winnings will be forfeited.

  • Deposits: Only use payment methods in your own name. We may set per-transaction/daily/monthly limits displayed in the cashier. Deposits may be subject to fees imposed by your provider; we do not charge deposit fees unless stated.

Termination & Suspension

  • Procedure: We will notify you (where lawful and feasible) of the reason and any steps to reinstate. Balances consisting of Real Funds will be returned via an appropriate method, subject to verification and AML checks.
  • Self-Exclusion: If you self-exclude, we will close or block your account and take reasonable steps to prevent re-opening during the exclusion period.
  • Forfeiture: Bonuses and associated winnings may be removed upon serious breach or fraud. Funds derived from unlawful activity will be withheld and reported to competent authorities.

  • Dispute Resolution:

    2. External Escalation: If unresolved, you may lodge a complaint with the Curaçao Gaming Control Board regarding licence-related issues.
    3. Arbitration: Except where prohibited by applicable consumer law, disputes may be finally resolved by confidential binding arbitration seated in Curaçao, under applicable rules, with the language of proceedings in English. You may have rights to bring claims in your local courts if mandated by non-waivable law.
